As a local cooperative, we encourage everyone to join in the spirit of community giving, especially during the holidays. And we appreciate how our employees give back and encourage others.
“I am really blessed so I want to help bless others,“ she said. “I don’t have children myself and thinking of a child being hungry is very hard. I know there are a lot of children in the area whose only meal is at school. These food boxes come at a time when the kids are out of school and may need it the most.”
