How To Sync Your NCTC E-mail With Your Mobile Device? We Can Help!


Specific directions for syncing are specific to the mobile device you are using, but our help desk is here to help. Just call us FREE at 622-2056, 7 days per week, 6 am to 11 pm.

A few tips about syncing:
•  Make sure you have the following settings in your server options:
incoming: mail.nctc.com
outgoing: mail.nctc.com

•  Set your e-mail up as “other” and then select IMAP.
